Pretty buggy and not fully-fleshed out, also very hard to customize **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Rachel C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023 **What do you like best about ServiceNow App Engine?** It sets up a very basic portal extremely quickly. If you are not looking to do much customization, it's a great option. It's easier to learn that Service Portal. **What do you dislike about ServiceNow App Engine?** It's incredibly buggy and slow. I know this is a part of being a new product, but it is being sold as a finished product and our customers want to use it because it is so advertised. However, for enterprise-sized portals, it's not sufficient. Further, it's really hard to get technical support. There aren't that many Community articles (compared to Service Portal), and when we reach out to SN Hi support, we are often paired with non-technical support users. **What problems is ServiceNow App Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are creating many portals across many applications, so App Engine allows us to create these fairly quickly.
