What do you like best about Service Optimizer 99+?

SO99 is a tool that allows the management of demand forecasting at different item and customer levels in an agile and efficient way. It is easy to create reports in the form of tables to have alerts and notices of extraordinary circumstances Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Optimizer 99+?

Two issues that SO99 needs to improve are:

Scenario simulation and summary scorecard

Forecast Accuracy dashboard

What do you like best about Service Optimizer 99+?

The high impact in the performance the supply chain. Including the automatisation and the three modules.

What do you dislike about Service Optimizer 99+?

The implementation season should be more large and give enough knowledge for all usuaries. The post "go live" implementation could be a hell.

"Good collaborative tool , Huge Scope for Improvement"

What do you like best about Service Optimizer 99+?

The interactive graph and information grid is very useful in analyzing demand and forecast. Report feature of SO99+ is also very useful in downloading huge data loads.

SO9+ is customizable and features can be developed as per customer´s requirement which is amazing and gives an edge against competitiors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Optimizer 99+?

Server issues in terms of perfomance, lag, frozen screen happens when multiple users work at the same time. There is huge scope of improvement.

TG is a very powerful tool as it allows users to access a big amount of data in a shift way, which in turn allows users to make very interesting and useful analyses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Optimizer 99+?

I don't like the "refresh to view the data" message every time I select a new set of data. It would be better if the system refreshes itself automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

have all the date in the same system, easly extract and analyse data, have a stong support for forecast management, have a deeply overview on the inventory side Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Optimizer 99+?

sometimes the system can be rigid, especially when implementing it. Anyhow this may a way to structure more some processes or dataset in the company and/ot to add some rule more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We agree on implementation time, as it is a careful balance between flexibility and setup/deployment time. Too much flexibility and implementations can take quarters to years, but not enough flexibility can reduce the breath of use cases it can solve. I would love to be able to sort data on the demand screens by multiple factors, ie. delivery season, category and seasonality group. Currently I can only drill down one level at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
