Use of machine learning / probablistic algorythems to create the Forecast, while allowing drill down functions to confirm the ranges/baselines. We have been able to use our Item attribute information to create multi-dimensioning for our data. DCH integration to allow forecasting collaboration between Sales Leaders and Operations. Longer term Forecasting horizon has allowed us to provide additional forecast information to Supply Chain members. Forecasting is becoming more scientific and based on data than the past. SO99+ can deliver excellent forecast accuracy and inventory optimization if appropriately implemented and managed. The tool allows for the creation of different item and customer groupings that work together with their algorithms to deliver statistical forecasts that we can leverage as a baseline and input business knowledge on top of to develop commercialized forecasts. The inventory optimization software allows for service-level driven inventory management which is highly effective when supply is not constrained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Service Optimizer 99+? The usability of the user interface can be somewhat clunky at times. No visibility to how the algorthims work to come up with demand plns. While forecast accuracy remains solid, and we have had to manage that outside of the system in our implementation. We also have had to create and manage forecast accuracy outside of the system due to our implementation, which relies on additional forecast management software (BOARD).
