**What do you like best about Service Connector?**

I have also been able to utilise Service Connector to join my diverse data sources to my advantage.  This change has benefited our sales team by having better insights into the customer’s behaviour and purchase patterns thus improving the customer-seller relationship.

**What do you dislike about Service Connector?**

Service Connector has some limitations especially in regard to real time data synchronisation. This could be quite annoying especially if you are working with data that changes with time like inventory, or traffic performance for a marketing campaign.

**What problems is Service Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service Connector solves a core problem that our organisation has been facing with the issue of data silos. Service Connector comes in handy here to close this loop and create a much more integrated data environment and enhances customer engagement through better segmentation.
