What do you like best about Service Center by Office Ally?

Such a user friendly platform on all levels and ease of access from claims submission to retrieval of ERA files. I have never needed to use Customer Service for anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Center by Office Ally?

I have not found any down side to using Office Ally Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
