What do you like best about Service Center by Office Ally?

I like Office Ally because you can tailor your claims by building templates of the most common procedures and diagnoses that are used in the clinic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new version of the site does not have a button to see claim history so you have to toggle back to the old version to see claim history Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Center by Office Ally?

Everything I need is easy to access on the main page. Easy to look up past claims too and see the claim details. Fairly easy to upload to my EHR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Center by Office Ally?

In my specific case, since the files are downloaded as a zip file, my ehr makes me perform the tedious task of opening the zipped file individually first before uploading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Center by Office Ally?

It has many of the payers and interfaces with many systems we required in the diverse services and networks. Also, cost effective for the variety of payer connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Center by Office Ally?

Long delays in file uploads, confirmations, and summary rejections. Setting up each account and payer can be cumbersome and take too long. Configurations are not easy to manipulate or adjust to meet the needs of many unique network providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Office Ally is able to scrub claims within 24 hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Center by Office Ally?

The increase in costs. Still trying to wrap my head around it. There's a charge to check eligibility - just go around it and contact insurance companies through their website or call insurance companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
