I appreciate the online chat and their ability to get things done over chat. As a clinician, I don't have all afternoon to sit on the phone and wait for custome service. When I email back looking for the status of the case, I receive no reponse. Cliams are often time sensitive and this can affect my ability to get paid. The ease of use of the program is fantastic. We utilize Office Ally on a daily basis, and have had little to no issues with their service. We do not utilize all of the features that it offers, but for making the billing process straight forward we have not found a better service. The HCFA form is the same as the paper form, this makes it easily filling out the patient's information. The free billing submission is another strength. The quick and easy customer support is really helpful when we get questions. I also like the featuers including the error reports when there is a mistake in the HCFA form, the ICD10 check up, the billing history, and the easy to use platform. The upsides of Office Ally is that they work directly with the insurance carrier I work with, Kaiser, and there is not cost with submitting claims through them, which is huge for me as a small business owner with minimal billing needs.
