Service Anchor is a combined CRM and field service platform for home service operators running 1 to 5 trucks. The whole job lives on one pipeline: lead, quote, schedule, dispatch, job, invoice, payment. No double entry between an office tool and a field tool. Most software in this trade is built around the software's logic, so the owner ends up running the CRM instead of the business. Service Anchor is built around the operator's workflow. When you do the job, the pipeline moves with you. It ships pre-configured for your trade, with price books, job types, and lead sources for junk removal, dumpster rental, moving, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, tree service, HVAC, chimney sweep, painting, and window cleaning. Setup takes about 10 minutes. Built in: texting and calling on your own business number, line-item quotes with customer approval, invoicing with Stripe payments your customers pay you directly, drag-and-drop scheduling with double-booking warnings, route optimization, a mobile technician view, and a dashboard. Automations fire from the pipeline: appointment reminder, on-my-way, completion, invoice, and review request texts. Inbound calls and texts from unknown numbers are transcribed and sorted against your trade and price book after the fact, so real inquiries land on your board as leads with the job type filled in. Service Anchor runs lead to paid invoice. It is not your accounting or payroll software.
