It is simple to use and intuitive. It offers an excellent price compared to other VPS services on the market. I haven't needed support assistance, as everything has worked perfectly. That sometimes (very rarely, but it happens), they perform maintenance and have to restart the servers. All parameters are very easy to understand. 2) Personally I have used terraform to create servers on Serverspace cloud and I found it's compatible and easy to create servers using terraform. 3) For any techical issue you can reach customer support and they will try to help very quickly. What do you dislike about Serverspace? 1) Personally I found the web based platform is slow to load services as compared to AWS, Azure cloud. 2) Many features are not available when go with extended license like Security logs monitoring etc. I found it little bit more costly. We can make changes to its hosting services easily & use multiple features for our client servers. It has a well-structured console to access each feature, and even a non-technical user can quickly grasp its operability. We find its GUI most convenient as we assign tasks to our Support Team, who have less work experience with terminal-based server operations & they can quickly get the job done using the Serverspace platform. For shared hosting, we require documentation to make the best out of its utilities. What problems is Serverspace solving and how is that benefiting you? We deploy Windows servers and install the S3 browser client to work with Amazon S3 & CloudFront using Serverspace platform. It provides seamless integration with Veeam Backup to handle our server backup activities. During snapshot restoration, we don't have to worry about cleaning up the non-recent snapshot because Serverspace automatically deletes them. While we organize KT sessions for our Support Team, we find it smooth to explain its functionalities just by referring to its graphic icon. I need to say that I love the way ServerSpace is taking care of their customers. Anytime I needed something, it was solved in matter of hours or days. Sometimes it took a long time to restart the server and change some things. But that was maybe just some occasional problem.
