What do you like best about Sertifier?

Our associations have greatly benefited from Sertifier's exceptional assistance. Previously, we would send physical certificates to our new members through mail. However, thanks to Sertifier, we now effortlessly generate digital certificates as soon as a member joins or renews their membership. In addition, we offer our members badges that they can proudly display in their email signatures, websites, and more. Sertifier has played a vital role in ensuring that our members can easily access the badge embed code, as it is conveniently included with their digital certificate. The platform's user-friendliness is remarkable, and the staff is always ready to assist promptly and address any inquiries or special feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sertifier?

While Zapier integrates with many different platforms (especially platforms that specialize in providing online courses), it does not sync with Salesforce, which is where we store our membership data. Because we can not sync our incoming Salesforce data directly with Sertifier, we must use a third-party platform (Zapier) to automatically issue certificates to new members. Our organization has Zapier anyway, so this has not been an additional expense, but checking to see if your platforms integrate directly with Sertifier is an important step to take to ensure you know about all expenses required. What do you like best about Sertifier?

It offers all the features a certification platform should have, and it adds a bunch on top. Basics like certification automation, integrations with top platforms, no code certificate designer, and couple more. The added features are content discovery, ads, collections and the student experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sertifier?

The pricing doesn't transition smoothly. I really disliked the fact that Sertifier holds back email customization in the pro plan which is more than 10x in price vs the essentials plan. So if you're on essentials plan, the email that goes to your learners with the certificate link will have a 'helper text' [which is OK], but there will be heavy Sertifier branding under the helper text -- I understand why they add it, but there should be a way for me to remove it without shelling out 10x more / month. Maybe an addon to the essentials plan [like what 'Certifier' offers].

Overall Sertifier is a great platform but it holds back some basics under a very steeply priced plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The helper texts are for educational purposes for your users, to show them how they can interact with their credentials at the end of the day when they receive it from you. About the customization features; Our team can help you customize your subscription plan in a way that allows you to have access to the certain features, without you having to purchase a subscription plan that is out of alignment with your organization needs.
