There are many things I love about Sertifier, but if picking 'best' I would have to say the ease and custom ability to allow the checking of certificate authenticity. Not much I don't like. If I were to pick something I would say I think the workflow could possibly be improved, but take that with a grain of salt. I use a ton of programs and as such sometimes it's just challenging bouncing from on UI/UX to another and that can likewise contribute to the challenge for my personal use case. The smartest way to issue certificates is not only with certificates but also with a badge provided. we can create our own badge and certificate with whatever designs we want. Not only it sends it also allows us to track them like where they shared their certificates to. After uploading the certificate we can create the credential email details and add the list/recipients from the sheet and then we can send them out we can also preview them before it is out. It would be great if we get a new template of designs for certificates and badges. But sometimes after the certificates are issued there are at least 2-3 errors while sending, Also it takes a bit of time to send certificates to users. Well we can add our own design also have an AWESOME library. It's dashboard has statistics about Certificate opened and shared which is also very helpful. The direct option for Sharing certificates on social media is very helpfull for students. Link and other descriptions about the Issuer are also there so that receiver can also engage with them later. I like that after the initial setup phase, it is relatively easy to scale for many members. My goal was to set & forget, which is exactly what we were able to achieve. The staff is very supportive, and you can tell that they are willing to implement changes based on user feedback. It looks very professional, and I don't think the end user would look at the result and think "oh you just bought some software and this is lame." All of the certifications we sent are appreciated. The license lookup tool is a great feature as well and having an automatic expiration date I'm sure 10+ months from the initial onboard will drive sales and renewals. I think the layout isn't that intuitive. Even finding the login page is odd (sign up then at sign up page click the small existing user sign in button). Some of the terms seem redundant and it's hard to just have a "here's your blanket cert > send to this person" you need to basically copy what you did for someone else, then add a different name to it. Adding one off names is awkward as well, adding the audience, then the user, then going back to the creation. These are miniscule issues that once you understand the software and how it works aren't that hard to navigate, but first run wasn't the easiest to figure out. Sertifier lets you build digital certificates and issue them quickly and on scale. It integrates with some major LMS (like Tutor LMS), but it can be integrated with other systems using Zapier, Pabbly, or other automation systems. There are many extra features on top of simple certificate issuing, comprehending curated RSS feed building, email sending, advertising setup, and monitoring. The UX can be a little confusing, and the system can be limiting. You can build a single RSS feed, even if you may have different audiences. So for advanced use cases, you need to purchase multiple accounts or rely on other solutions that can be more versatile.

For the majority of the users this is not a real issue, but I find myself wanting to use the platform to manage multiple projects under a single domain, and Sertifier doesn't offer the complete suite of solutions for these specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
