I like the fact that they have certificates and badges that can be awarded together or separately, and I like that Sertifier can be integrated with other applications, such as WPForms and Mailchimp, using Pabbly or Zapier automation. **What do you dislike about Sertifier?** The support documentation can be sparse at points. It would be nice if they had some better templates to use. You can create your own, but I'd much rather edit an existing template than create one from scratch.
