**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

Thanks to the ease of use of its interface, I can do my work in a very short time. Moreover, thanks to its integration with other design applications, I can design my certificates the way I want.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

Analytics page gives me some toruble. It is hard to manage which data of the certificate I want to see. This page may be improved.

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage some events with a certificate to our participants during a year. Sertifier helps us to send certificates.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

It is effortless to send batch certificates and track their status. One-click integration to LinkedIn is a great way to reach the correct target group. Design tools are also convenient.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

It takes some time to get used to the UI. It doesn't feel very easy at the beginning, but after the learning process, it feels straightforward.

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Normally, we would send the documents we designed ourselves as PDFs or photos to participants, or we would write names on pre-printed paper and give them during the event. The easy sharing and widespread use of Sertifier makes things easier for both us and the participants.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

One of the best features of Sertifier is that it allows you to simply share event ads on numerous social media platforms, including LinkedIn, which is one of the essential social media platforms nowadays. As ITU MDK, we like to utilize Sertifier since it is also very simple to use and allows us to contact hundreds of individuals quickly.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

There isn't anything we don't like at all! Sertifier fulfills all of our requirements.

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a world that is evolving and industrializing at an increasing rate, the necessity of protecting nature is rising, and it appears that it has contributed, though in a bit of a way, by at least sending the certificates online and eliminating paper waste.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

You're able to give custom certificates and badges to students who go through my program with your branding. What's even better is that the certificate can be for a specific period. So this means that we can create scenarios where someone can renew their certificate each year to show they still have the certification. They can embed them on LinkedIn and other social platforms. Finally, we can use automation tools like Zapier, Pabbly, or Integrately to reward a certificate after the completion of a training automatically. It adds more value to our programs and to the students who can display their credentials.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

A bit too overly branded when someone receives a certificate. Generally, it does what it's meant to do, making it easy to include this addition with your programs.

**Recommendations to others considering Sertifier:**

If you want to take your courses or programs to the next level and add a level of prestige and attainment, then add digital badges and certificates. When set up correctly, they can be distributed automatically with the student's name etc...

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables our company to award certificates when students complete our program. They can then display this on their Linkedin profile to show prospective clients that they have the relevant skills over and above others - making them the best choice service provider. Plus, it's verified, so they can use it as evidence that they have had specific training.

The most beautiful thing is that it is enjoyable to use and easy to understand, and that we can do our work quickly and with high quality.

It was a bit difficult for us to send a certain number of certificates, but thanks to their friendly team, we resolved this immediately.

While we used to send certificates to individual users before, now we can send them with one click without wasting time, thanks to the Sertifier. We have moved further thanks to higher quality and professional designs.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

The Sertifier software is easy to use, and the zaps that they've integrated are a game changer. We issue 50-200 certificates per week, so it was critical to have software that was both automated and simple to use. Their zap allows us to issue custom certificates in minutes, and their IT department is always on top of updates, constantly improving the UI/UX.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

No complaint as all minor issues that arose were quickly resolved.

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like about certifier is that it is simple to set up my online academy for digital certificates, to create designs for your certificates, to send  personalised emails to my students, and lastly, a custom domain to verify student credentials.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

Manually creating certificates is a lot of work, for example, adding the correct information about each student, the course, the date, and then emailing the certificate to students one by one.

Now, I create a certificate template, and then Sertifier automatically adds all student details.

Even more incredible is that I can now charge students more for courses because Sertifier digitally verifies each certificate.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

The page where the student sees the certificate has a message to download their app, which is invasive because it covers a large area. It also diminishes the look of the certificate. Sadly, this message cannot be disabled.

I highly recommended Sertifier!

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstly, Learning Management Systems do not have certificate-generating built-in apps. Sertifier solves this issue! It automatically generates verifiable digital certificates for my students and provides me with additional copies of the certificates that could be searched for, printed, or linked.

It also boosts the image of the business. On course completion, our students get their certificates and badges automatically, which allows them to showcase their achievements on social media, especially on LinkedIn.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

The best thing about Sertifier is the possibility to create a ton of certificates with only one design, fill automatically all the fields in it and also send it to all the recipients when ready. This has helped us to make the internal process of generating hundreds of certificates easily and fast. Usually, this process was slow and has the possibility to generate mistakes as being manual were high.
Another thing that is great, is the possibility to create personalized fields of text or images on every design. This allows us to make easy the signature process of every certificate easier and to optimize the designs according to the course. 
Also, when we want to send the certificates, Sertifier gave us an excel format with the fields and examples of the information that we must fill. This is extremely helpful because it avoids the probability of making mistakes while filling the recipients of the certificates.
Finnaly they are constantly improving the tool with new features such as the moodle connection, which is very handy.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

The page where the student sees the certificate is very professional, but they have right now a message to download their app, which I think is a little bit invasive (covers a lot of space) and it is a function that diminishes the visual importance of the certificate. This message cannot be deactivated. 
Another thing is the lack of translation, especially in the skills area. All of our students are in Spanish-speaking countries, and it is weird for us to certificate skills for them in English.

**Recommendations to others considering Sertifier:**

Follow the instructions for create a certification. Try to have the format, images ready for uploading into the platform. Have digital signatures if it is possible.

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are reducing the time of making multiple certificates by more than 60%. We are avoiding mistakes in the names, id numbers, or other fields of the recipient that before were inserted manually.  And we gain a professional and trusty platform where students can search their certificates to validate their existence. Before Sertifier the student writes us to request a copy of the certificate they achieve, and with this tool, the process is easier for the student because is tied with their email, so they can access all of the certificates on their own.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

The best thing about Sertifier is that it is so easy to share certificates in different social medias including LinkedIn. When we organize an event and gave certificates to the people lots of them shares the certificates thus increasing the advertisement of the community. Also the program itself is very easy to use and under one hour we can fully prepare, customize and send a certificate to hundreds of people.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

In the part where we edit our certificates, add names, explanations, etc. it is a bit hard to line up the writings. They are automatically fixed to a point and accuracy is not that good. When we zoom the certificate, this accuracy should increase so that we can arrange the boxes easily. This is the only problem I have encountered in the program and I believe that it will be fixed in future versions.

If you are an organizer, it is a must to send certificates to the participants to reward them, increase your advertisement and increase the number of parpiticant and the best way to send certificate is use a service like a Sertifier and Sertifier is the best one.

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is nearly impossible to manually add names and properties to the certificates and send them one by one so using a service like Sertifier is a must. With the Sertifier it is effortless to customize and send the certificates with the participant name on them. 

- Participant numbers increased significantly when we told them that we will send certificates for our education program. 
- The traffic on our social media sites increased significantly. 
- Our popularity has increased.

As I am running the Training Business & Struggled a lot to issue the Certificates in a bulk. It's a daunting Process. 
This tool Automated the Entire process with a Very Few Clicks. Ofcourse initially some setup required but if you see the outcome. You don't feel spending time on creating the Content initially.

The Entire process is awesome except promoting your Sertifier in the mid of the page. you promote somewhere in the end of the Certifications page.

Couldn't able to Edit the one which is certified, as if we have a dynamic access to edit even after sharing it. Very Perfect Team.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

ease of use, clean UI and UX. The fact that from design to deployment, Sertier takes care of the whole process of certification including verification. Badges are a nice recent addon while automated emails are a very useful feature and cuts the need for another tool. In the post-covid world, online classes and events are all on a rise and for validation of each such participation there is a demand for certification and Sertifier is just the right tool to take care of it all.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

An account is meant for an organization, i would have liked to incorporate more organizations within my account as i have various line of educational businesses and they can not be clubbed in one organization as they cater to specific niche. Custom email sending will make the emails look one with the brand. Also, integration with various LMS is desirable as they all lack a refined certification tool like sertifier.

saves time and hassle of hiring a designer, also very convinient to directly email the certificates to the participants. The fact that these certificates can be verified with a dedicated link really makes it authentic and impossible to copy

- I'd like to have more direct integrations with LMS platforms such as Acadle or FreshLMS
- Some templates look outdated

Some LMS platforms have a certificates generator, but they are very basic and have only 2 or 3 templates to chose from. They look ugly, and not many options to customize.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

I love that I get to design my certificates and badges and then can follow how it moves through the social landscape through how it gets shared online. I love that the platform overall has developed nicely since I first purchased it and that it has Zapier and API available.

I love that when people are sharing my certificates, that they are also essentially sharing our training with others and expanding our reach.

I also like that it is not trying to do too many things. It has a clear and elegant focus and does it well.

The learning to get up and running with it is also VERY easy. I really like that. Being as busy as I am, having to take extra time to learn a complex tool would have not been ideal. 

I also like the responsive, collaborative nature of the team over at Sertifier. They really listen to what the user base wants and are always seeking to develop their platform to deliver on what's next.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

I know it's not a major thing, but I wish that the dashboard was prettier, or just brighter. I feel that with more pops of color, it would feel fresher.

Makes it really easy to create certificates and badges and have them shared in a way that strengthens the awareness of my training business.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

What makes Sertifier a great product is the ease of use, simplicity, intuitive workflow, UX, and insights it offers us. It follows the Open Badge Protocol/Technology and its not just issuing badges, but offers a custom Branded platform with CNAME to us, so the users can verify the badges/certificates issued, enhancing the security and credibility of certificates/Badges issued. The best part is that we have been able to automate our certificate and badge granting process. People can add credentials to their LinkedIn account directly.

Also, the product offers subscription at a much affordable price than its competitors.

What adds to the experience is also the fact that, the Sertifier support team has been very warm, friendly, and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

To be fair, this is a very unique and interesting product. 

What would be great to see is... more features on the template editor (like the ability to add scores/marks, citation, etc. and delete variables, customize variables specifically to a certificate, and give the flexibility to carry or not carry it forward to another certificate), a modernized UI, and reduced branding on the verification frontend.

**Recommendations to others considering Sertifier:**

Similar well-known digital certification solutions charge 2x-4x of what it takes to have Sertifier. Sertifier is a great option with its ease of use, features, and price. Also, if you are a student community contact them, and they have a generous program for you!

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to automate and save manual effort in issuing certificates. Now it is easy to award verifiable certificates and badges without any hassle. Sertifier makes it so effortless!

We are able to gain insight into the number of people who have shared their certificates on Social media.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

It is easy to use, integrates with my choice of LMS’s and Webinar tools through Zapier, and i just found out that it has a lot of other native integrations that are lined up. The bonus great news that i got as well is that in the short term Sertifier will have a native integration with Heights Platform (another favourite tool of mine).

there is noting that I dislike at all! Sertifier has been a great solution that I am happy to have!

Anyone in the training and coaching business or hosts online courses on a Learning Management System, should go ahead and invest in Sertifier. This is a great tool and replaces other tools that are much more expensive and do not provide the same level of features as Sertifier does.

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not all Learning management Systems come In with an intuitive Certificate generating module, Sertifier solves this issue! it automatically generates certificates for my students and provides me with a space where additional copies of the certificates could be searched for and printed or linked.

It boosts the image of the business, as after every course, our students get their certificates and badges automatically which allows them to showcase their achievements on Social Media especially on LinkedIn.

From my Knowledge Sertifier is the only system that simplifies the process of issuing both the badges and Certificates from an single System. I was looking for an system that dynamically writes the names on the Badges. Sertifier is the first of its kind. That was an great relief for me while sharing the badges. 

Next is their sharing tracking system. It tracks and gives an analysis of who shared the certificates on their social media and profiles.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

They still need to include integration for several LMS systems. I personally feel that their is an small misalignment in placement of dynamic texts which need to rectified. 

Next major work that need to do is that, the Branding doesn't include the SSL for the custom domains. Also the email doesn't include branding and much customization like our own SMTP, etc.

Also there are some issues while duplicating and/or editing the existing designs, After that while saving we are some troubles.

In Few Case, the site goes down where the users were unable to access the certificates. They might need to concentrate on that.

Setifier might be new to the Market but no one beat its functionality at this time.

Digitalizing the way of issuing the certificates to my students. 

But the best part is the badges. Earlier I used to share the canva template to the participants to create it on their own. But sertifier controls whom I am sharing too.

If there are ten templates with 5 color or theme options then we could easily have 50 template variants to choose from.  5. I hope limits can be increased. Prior to sertifer I used another brand (starts with letter "B") allows for  unlimited number of recipients in their FREE tier. The only reason I  dont like to use it is the limited template designs. There are several things I really like about the Sertified application. First is the excellent customer support I have received so far. Their response is prompt and everyone I interacted so far had been really helpful. 
Integration capabilities are another real plus for me, the credential issuing can be integrated with most of the learning management systems using API key.
In terms of pricing, I think compared to the competition, It is real value for money.  
The coolest thing is that their development roadmap is shared with the customers. Users can prioritise what they want in each update. 
I got to know they also support universities and student groups, which is also impressive.
Overall GUI is pretty sleek.

No portrait version of the Certificates so far. All certificates are on Landscape.

What I liked the BEST about Sertifier is the seamless workflow for designing e-certificates for your online / classroom type courses, webinars, or any event that merits an e-certificate. From Design to Sending the actual e-certificate, all it takes is 4 steps to make the e-certificate available for your students / participants.
They even have recently implemented Badges to be designed and sent thru their platform.
The platform can be accessed by multiple team members so editing of certificates can be done by the Editors.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

Maybe the part that still needs some improvement on would be integration with other webinar platforms like LiveWebinar or Vidthere. It also needs an integration with other Learning Management System platforms or even a plugin for Wordpress.
I am also looking at having my own SMTP/custom email sending as well as whitelabel features / custom domains for an entirely custom branding experience.
I am also looking at Agency features like multiple institutions under the same account / email.

For individual educators or institutions working thru the Pandemic, I highly recommend taking a look at Sertifier to centralize your e-certificate requirements and do everything in just a few clicks. 
There is a lot of things on their roadmap that makes it worthy to invest in the platform early on.

My current LMS platform does not have a feature for sending or creating e-certificates so I have to do the design on another platform then manually send them to participants. With Sertifier, I can easily do both things right inside the platform!

Sertifier makes digital credential management easy. One client we serve provides continuing medical education (CME). Prior to Sertifier, "static" pdf certificates were issued via the LMS. these certificates were cumbersome to verify, and were more or less only used in the case of an audit.  With Sertifier's digital certs and badges, more dynamic and verifiable certificates are now possible for the client.  This not only saves in terms of workflow, but also from the perspective of awareness, as certificates can be posted and verified online vs just stored away in a drawer.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

Sertifier needs more native integrations. Integrately uses Zapier presently, it is ok, but Zapier is pricey and there needs to be more documentation overall. Would be nice to see compatibility with other connectors such as SyncSpider or Integrately at a minimum.  Right now, the platform works as advertised, which is something we value. It could be made much better with more native integrations, however.

presently, our workflow for verifying an issued credential or validating a CME unit involves manual intervention in the form of database lookups and email "back and forth."  Sertifier takes care of all of this for us. With Sertifier I don´t need to create individual Certificates for each of the attendants of my webinars. I can simply insert a tag with a code variable for their name and other variables and the system creates each certificate and send it to whoever I want. Also, It is the verification system is very helpful which makes the process more credible. I also like the fact I can create as many certificates as I want, so I don´t need to be stuck with only one design. The process is also very straight forward.

They don´t have some of the pages in Portuguese. For instance, when I send the email, the receivers of Brazil (Portuguese) will receive part of the email in English.

Just make sure you don´t mind mixing your own language with English in some cases. The certificate will be in your own language since you will design it. But emails and the verification page will be mixed.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

Ease of use and customer support: quick and helpful response.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

It is not possible to rotate text fields within the certificates.

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Sertifier we've managed to create bulk certificates for events, online courses, etc. Nowadays, we established Sertifier as our solution for creating smart certificates.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

I like the fact that it completely simplifes the design and distribution of certificates and badges for my students.

I used to have to do it all manually one by one, which was very time consuming and a tedious task every month.

Now I can use my design tem plate, his send and done.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

Nothing to dislike here at all. Perhaps just some more design elements, inspiration and templates.

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TIME! Of course. Sertifier saves me a few hours every month.

It allows me to generate credentials, badges and diplomas, all verifiable. My students can publish them on their social networks.
It's great... and at a very good price.

I hope they can make the Spanish version.

Access to credential generation at a reasonable price.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

The responsive product management team and support. They are really receptive to feedback and implementing system improvements. Major platform enhancements in a few short weeks of using them.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

You do need to extensively test the certificates before distributing to a list. 
You can end up wth a poorly formatted certificate if you do not take long names into account for example. Sertifier will always respect your design decisions, however will allow printing out of boundaries, which can result in text overlaying.
In future iterations hopefully there can be more preview options to show you edge cases.

**What problems is Sertifier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acknowledging our communities involvement, creating a buzz around our learning offerings on Linkedin.

The certification process for our events has highly accelerated, and it is amazing that we saved money to print the certificates and made marketing gain.

Not Applicable for the time being, we did not have any considerable negative experience.

Distributing our event certificates has been very easy for us, and the event attendees have a valid and reliable resource to document their certificates.

**What do you like best about Sertifier?**

It is an easy-to-use tool, the creation of certificates is user-friendly since they have templates you can choose from or create a certificate to your liking. I like that they have verification codes as it provides greater security for the student; and that they can be shared on pages like LinkedIn or other social networks.

I like that certificates can be generated on a large scale.

The price-quality ratio is good.

It was easy to use, it looks professional to attendees and the communication with the team was easy and they were really helpful. I would recommend it to everyone.

Sertifier offers an easy to setup certification system that easily connects to the different other systems  with the help of zapier. Furthermore it provides the functionality to verify the status of the certificate for third parties.

**What do you dislike about Sertifier?**

There is still some room for improvement (e.g. at the moment you can only create landscape certificates - no portrait ones. Many of these features are on the roadmap so hopefully they will soon be implemented)

It is a good tool with god value for money with still the need to improve in some areas.
