Sertifi API solution is a great tool for integrating e-signature into any ERP. when you add to that the whole team's flexibility and responsiveness on both admin and technical items, it's hard not to like this company. We have implemented Sertifi into our home grown ERP system making it an integral part of our e-commerce solution and it is working seamlessly. the users have no idea that they are using another system. we have gained so much time and efficiency by signing agreements, forms and consents online instead of waiting for the paper to arrive by mail, fax or scanned image. I used this when we were buying a home and i loved it! so did my broker! I was able to sign things in a matter of minutes and have them back because i had this app and it was amazing! My questions have always been answered quickly, and the folks at Sertifi have been inclusive of the developer community. What do you dislike about Sertifi? It took me a little while to get my arms around everything that's being offered with this product. It's extremely flexible, which opens all avenues for integration. Easy to use for sales team to clients we contract with for solutions. It has resulted in shorter close dates for deals and revenue recognition. I dont really have any dislikes, but I think one thing that I would strongly suggest is to start with an integration of CRM from a sales leader perspective.
