The interface is clean and makes tracking rankings, setting up automated notifications, and generating custom reports really straightforward. **What do you dislike about SerpWatch?** The automated popup asking for a rating gets old pretty fast **What problems is SerpWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** SerpWatch really takes the hassle out of manually tracking keyword rankings across domains and regions. Instead of switching tools or combing through Google manually, I can set up my projects and let SerpWatch do the heavy lifting. ### 2. This makes it an easy tool to use. (Why others don't follow a similar route beats me.) I like the easy way in which one can change notification frequency and channels (including Slack). The agency (whitel label ) feature looks useful, but I've not used it yet. Final point: nice people and responsive help available via online chat. **What do you dislike about SerpWatch?** So far, I've not discovered anythin that I don't like. It all looks good to me and a useful additional to the tools I have availale to help me serve my clients. **What problems is SerpWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem: Easy tracking and (client) reporting of keyword performance. And many are full of articles, mostly evergreen articles, and mostly are from the same industry. Serpwatch has helped me understand how all this content is performing, as in what articles i should invest more on and also the adaptations i need to do, in order to be closer to my desired keyword. Also the canibalization feature helped me the situations where some of my own articles and sites were competing with each other. **What do you dislike about SerpWatch?** To be honest, for my uses, i havent yet found anything lacking or confusing. **What problems is SerpWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Even thou i manage many sites, i wasn't really invested in SEO before, mostly due to the lack ot time. My content used to rank well, due to been a very specific niche. But lately i noticed that my ratings started to drop, due to a higher and more specialized competition, so that made me look closer to SEO tools. What i like is that Serpwatch does all the monitoring for me, and that gives me extra time to invest on the right articles. Also i can monitor new projects, like a new site that i just launched, and see how (and if) it is gaining positions, and monitor if the articles i'm writing are getting viewed on my selected keywords. I also like that i can recieve the e-mails when a keyword suddenly drops or goes up, giving me a fast response to the issue. And another things that i enjoy about the tool, is that it's so easy to use, very intuitive. At the same time it integrates with google tools (analytics, google search console and google business acc), making it even easier to understand the data. ### 4. Maybe the dashboard or user interface could be improved slightly. It's good, but maybe not as good as some competitors.
