The API maintains stable uptime and reliable performance. Whenever we've had questions, the customer support team has responded quickly during business hours. Most useful is the API's ability to return an actual screenshot of the Google Maps results. Rather than an approximation, we get the real deal. Having the authentic screenshot makes the data far more intuitive for our users to grasp at a glance. **What do you dislike about SerpApi?** The monthly subscription model doesn't fit our unpredictable API usage needs. A pay-per-use pricing plan or bulk purchase of non-expiring API calls would work better. Since our monthly call volume fluctuates so much, the flexibility to pay for only what we use or buy call bundles that never expire would let us optimize costs based on actual demand. With usage varying widely month-to-month, a pricing model aligned to real-time API call patterns makes more sense for our situation. **What problems is SerpApi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can get detail information from Google Map including place detail, review and photos. ### 3. Not only is it pretty much the only Jobs API on the market, it is very easy to implement. With simple URL params, you can query results and filter them too. I've only reached out to customer service a few times via live chat but both times I received a quick and thorough answer. Highly Recommend! **What do you dislike about SerpApi?** The only thing I can add if I'm being nitpicky is the search speed. They have an option for a faster speed so its hard for me to even complain about this but the faster speed isn't worth it to me in my implementation. **What problems is SerpApi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am now able to implement a Jobs API on my website. Without this, there is no other easy to use Jobs API on the market. With a free trial I was able to test to see how well it works and then I upgraded to the paid version once it proved itself. ### 4. Customer support is extremely quick to respond and very accommodating. **What do you dislike about SerpApi?** Maybe price is a bit higher than the absolute low priced APIs, but what you get for it so worth it (SerpApi is like 15-30 seconds faster than competitors) **What problems is SerpApi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need a very consistent API that is quick and provides flexibility. It's flexible and powerful and well-documented so I could easily get setup with python code (that I modified for my use). It's not terribly priced, but I think if it were around 50% less I'd be even more likely to use it. Also, alongside the JSON returned from the API you get a screenshot of the actual SERP, not some cobbled-together version of what was there. It’s much easier to grok. **What do you dislike about SerpApi?** My only complaint is that the Google Sheets plug-in doesn’t work the way I’d expect it to. I struggled with it and gave up, just relying on the web-based tool for now. Eventually I’ll integrate the data into my own SEO tools but for now the desktop website is easy to use and tells me what I need to know. **Recommendations to others considering SerpApi:** It's very difficult to obtain the data they provide in other ways. It's well worth the money and they have a generous free forever program. **What problems is SerpApi solving and how is that benefiting you?** After years of using third-party tools for tracking keywords and chasing Featured Snippets, I switched to just using Google Search Console because it’s the origin source for accurate (albeit incomplete) data about what’s happening with my keywords and pages. Of course Google doesn’t want SEO to be easy so they don’t give you any helpful information about what’s going on with the SERPs. ### 12.
