**What do you like best about Serenity?**

The software is very intuitive and follows the thought process of a safety professional.  The team is awesome to work with and they listen to the voice of the customer, trying to clearly understand what is being requested.

**What do you dislike about Serenity?**

One thing that our team disliked about Serenity is the lack of documentation for users/administrators to reference after implementation. It has been mentioned, however, that this is something that the Serenity team is currently working on. We were also permitted by the Serenity team to record our onboarding and implementation sessions, which was very helpful to refer back to since reference documents were not yet available.

**What problems is Serenity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Serenity is helping us solve the issue of not having a singular global system that we can use for incidents, inspections/audits, and risk assessments. Before Serenity, we were forced to use multiple systems and spreadsheets to track the items mentioned but now, it is very beneficial to have so much housed in one system that our entire global EHS team can utilize.

**What do you like best about Serenity?**

Serenity has been a game changer for Cinterra. We are able to capture incident information in real time. Also, the mobile app is a great tool to conduct site inspections and audits. 
The data is easy to analyze. We used to have another solution, and it took us hours to run a report that with Serenity now we can do in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Serenity?**

The report and dashboard designer are complicated to use.

Have the data readily available to analyze.

**What do you like best about Serenity?**

What stands out most is how user-friendly Serenity is. Our teams didn’t need weeks of training—within days, they were confidently using the platform to log data, manage incidents, and track EHS metrics.

**What do you dislike about Serenity?**

As with any new system, adapting from our legacy processes took a bit of time, but once everything was in place, Serenity became second nature.

**What problems is Serenity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with user adoption.. our old system was clunky and barely used unless required. Serenity changed that. It’s intuitive, so more of our team actually uses it, which means we’re capturing better data across the board.

**What do you like best about Serenity?**

They listen to customer needs and evaulate the best resolution to meet that need without jeaporadizing future upgradability. They take our product feedback seriously and truly want to hear the user perspective. The system is configurable and changes can be rapidly made, but they always come with guidance, training and warnings if necessary. The ServiceNow aspect is beneficial for enterprise customers who use it already and we were able to leverage existing integrations for HR, assets, etc.

**What do you dislike about Serenity?**

Since it's based in servicenow, limitations may be out of their control but they do try to fin the best solution. We do have to work closely with SN platform team in the org to get changes deployed. There is a slight learning curve to serenity and servicenow overall for admins but training content is largely available and serenity always provides training and insights.

**What problems is Serenity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple user interface. It integrates well into our company intranet for easy access to reporting forms. Personalized insights/reminders for EHS leaders. Metric reporting and dashboards has a fairly easy learning curve and the data is reliable and available. Everything is one place and that really enhances the overall user experience. We are also a new company with changing priorities and expecations. They ship new features and can make changes at a faster speed than any other EHS software I've ever worked in without jeaporadizing the product. They don't just listen, they execute.

**What do you like best about Serenity?**

I love how we are able to keep the incident as a whole together in one spot. Makes it much easier for incident investigations

**What do you dislike about Serenity?**

Minor hiccups in the sites speed occasionally, but overall it is a solid product

It is keeping all aspects of the incident in one spot making incident investigations so much easier

**What do you like best about Serenity?**

The team at Serenity is extremely professional, and more importantly quick to provide solutions.  The integration with ServiceNow has dropped the time of the implementation phase, which has provided immense value. They have developed an intuitive and beautiful UI/UX that makes the software quick to pick up, thus shortening the startup time of teams. This product is used every day and is important to our teams for tracking EHS information, making us more compliant and efficient!

I would definitely recommend this software over legacy software.

**What do you dislike about Serenity?**

For admins there is a little bit of a learning curve, however, this is expected with any software. Serenity provides the training required for admins to complete their tasks.

**What problems is Serenity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our members did not like to use our previous software, it was clunky and hard to use. Only the regulatory items made it in the system. With Serenity, we are kean to capture a lot more data and not just the mandatory items. This will allow us to track leading indicators as well! Using serenity with ServiceNow will also improve and streamlined adding locations, which previously was a manual process.

**What do you like best about Serenity?**

Serentiy EHS is simple to use at our business, both on a larger scale and within individual teams. The AI features were easy to navigate and use within what we were already doing as a company. Our operations overall have improved since using.

Certain features took longer to get used to and navigate but ultimately will be positive for our team to implement.

Serenity is helping us optimize our EHS processes and therefore creating more sustainable business opportunities.

I liked the ease of use and the AI Powered functions. easy to implement and easily integrated into my existing IT infrastructure

there is a limitation on the configurability of the system but this is solved with a small Services Engagement
