Sera doesn't allow for multiple locations to have different addresses, there is always a workaround with Sera which makes everything a lot hard that it int a one stop shop. Keeping track of the appointments for the customers. I like the colored tags associated with the appointment while the technician is out on a call. When the customer books an online appointment, it's in a 1-hour increment. The customer gets upset when we tell them the appointment is within 2 hours.
