You can navigate through Sera pretty easily and it is pretty self explanatory with all the tabs and sections it has. Support for us has always been reponsive pretty quickly. The customers portal is something i havent seen before. The fact that it is very easy to navigate and book a call. I caught on to it immediately. Having decent software to run the operation side of the business is crucial. Sera has a simple user friendly interface that allows training and coaching sessions to happen quickly alwhile being efficient.
