Since it is a pretty new product, there are some basic quality of life features that haven't been built yet that more mature products have. Thankfully their development pace seems quick and they are extremely responsive to feedback. We've had features released only a few weeks after requesting them. We have 50+ usage-based products, so being able to send accurate invoices for our custom contracts was very important. We're constantly exploring different pricing models as we grow, so finding a billing provider that could support anything we throw at it was crucial.
