seoClarity is a really great product created and supported by people that really want the product to be the best. Great recent example of development is how quickly AI features started appearing in the product. This added significantly to the capabilities but no increase in price. I do believe that when they can adding features and value to the product is their top priority. Going right back to the start, all of the integrations were fast and effiicient and that leaves me in no doubt that additional integrations would be handled equally well. One final point, the tools that make up the platform are the equal of any of the standalone products in the space. What then makes al lof this sing as a platform is the way data is handled to drive the efficiency for each process, groups of pages or keywords can be handled seemlessly. Got to say I love it. Really minor UI points that sometimes make things harder but less so than other products. The best bit is that these can be raised and can often be fixed or added as a change feature. Ideal.

I've been a daily seoClarity user for a while now and can confidently say it's a game-changer for the SEO industry. What makes seoClarity stand out are the constant support, innovation, and depth/customizability of their toolset.

I've used many different SEO tools and platforms and am certain seoClarity's customer support is unrivaled. Whenever we have questions about features or run into issues of any support, the seoClarity team is quick to respond with super-accurate feedback and fixes. Any interaction with them and you can tell they genuinely prioritize heir users and are devoted to their success.

Another aspect of seoClarity that stands out is their constant innovation. They listen to user feedback and suggestions, and have their finger on the pulse of the SEO industry, so are always one of the first tools to have new cutting-edge capabilities.

Finally, the pinpoint accuracy and customizability of tools like keyword research, rank tracking, competitor analysis, etc, are a game-changer. We have the ability to dive deep into virtually any aspect of our site in ways that other tools can't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the following are areas of improvement.

User Interface: I think the user interface of seoClarity could use a touch more user-friendly appeal. Compared to other tools like semrush or seranking, seoClarity can be a bit more intimidating and not intuitive. Once you get the hang of it the customizability is fantastic, but the learning curve is pretty steep.

Feature Reliability: Occasionally, some features just don't work properly or provide results that are not very useful. For niche clients, keyword research can be a challenge because the research grid may not have that data, or analytics can pull in funny numbers that just take a quick support ticket to fix.

Pricing: Personally I haven't been involved in any pricing discussions so I don't have hard numbers. But from what I understand seoClarity is definitely a premium tool at a premium price (at least from agencies). I know when deciding to put a client on seoClarity or not price is always a major factor.

Local SEO for agencies: As an enterprise platform, it's natural for the local tools to be geared towards enterprises. But this has caused us to have to rely on other tools to get good local insights for single-locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

seoClarity provides a platform packed with great tools that make my day-to-day SEO tasks easier to get through. This is not your typical ranking platform, it is so much more! The ability to create and edit high level dashboards is great and really provides a great starting point to where you need to dig in further. I use every available tool provided in the platform to assist me with many functions of my tasks.

The platform is constantly evolving, which makes it even more of an asset to any SEO. For example, IA is becoming HUGE and instead of leading us to other AI tools, they evolved their technology by implementing their own IA feature within their platform!

Our dedicated CSM is also a great asset! We have scheduled syncs every other week to discuss updates to the platform, our current projects and goals of those projects - we are even offered trials of other features or services offered that our CSM feels may help us achive our goals. Something that I also appreciate about the CSM's are that they are very transparent about not only the capabilities of their platform, but also their own knowledge gaps. We turn to our CSM's for assistance and they are able to point us to the appropriate feature for a solution or they will turn to their team for additional assistance to ensure that we are getting the answers and/or solutions we need.

My business has recently started our journey with seoClarity and have been very pleased so far. The tool is intuititve, especially compared to other tools I've used, and the team is exceptionally helpful with training, understanding the insights, and making sure even a smaller team is able to effectively create dashboards, track metrics, and understand key takeaways with the data. There are many features, most of which we are still learning, but they have all been easy to use, easy to integrate with the business, and my team has been able to begin implementation and execution of takeaways with ease.
