The software is very heavy and my computer did slow down. After 1 year and 3 months of use I can say that the data seem not always reliable. Some positive reviews you see are because they give 3 more months free for customers who post reviews after first purchase.

The worst thing is that they renew your license before the expiration without notifying you and they do not refund your money.

The payment and subscription are managed by 2Checkout Verizon but they are not able to assist the customer and they seem accomplices of the company link-assistant. It is unacceptable that in 2025 a company that manege payment and subscription process don't send an email to notify the customers about a renewal (in advance). It is all the more unacceptable because they don't respect the term of payment and their customer service don't help customer to obtain the refund for a wrong renewal.

I like that it is an app that you can use on your computer. The customizable reports are great for providing timely information to clients on their SEO progress each month. It's very cost-effective. I can run an unlimited number of queries and projects for one low fixed price, especially if you take advantage of their annual sales. Other SEO software gets expensive fast with more projects and search terms added. Also, I know the data collected is the most recent and not coming from a collective database that might be weeks or months old. Yes, it takes a little longer to run and get the reports, but it's not that bad with a high speed internet connection and proxy rotation. And it works great on my Macbook Air!
