The platform it self gives very little false postitive incident alerts and I have full cofidence that it's protecting the endpoints that we have it installed on. **What do you dislike about SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint?** The network firewall took a while to set up and doesn't work how I would except it to. We blocked all network traffic when a rule was deleted, there was no warrning that it was going to happen. **What problems is SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Protecting the endpoints is the biggest. There is little worry that our devices that have it installed will be compromised. We are confident that it will protect our devices. ### 2. Visibility/hunting is really nice, allowing you to dig deeper into a ton of information collected by the agent like processes, network traffic, DNS, URLS, etc. Ranger is amust to have that will increase network visibility. Overall, S1 does a great job at stopping threats and is easy to manage. **What do you dislike about SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint?** The agent can consume a lot of resources, specially CPU. Retention for Visibility is only 30 days. Upgrade policy can be improved, Auto Upgrade still in beta. The moment a threat is detected you are informed promptly and can start analyzing what happened. **What do you dislike about SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint?** The portal can feel a little overwhelming at times to navigate as an end user. If you aren't in it every day you can spend quite some time trying to figure out where features are at that you need. **What problems is SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problems S1 is solving is ensuring that are end users PC's are protected and no malicious software is being ran. If a user downloads a malicious file on their computer then S1 is there to remove it and alert administrators about it. Then we can act quickly and investigate what happened. The platform shows a clear chain between all aspects of what an attack has touched on the system which reduces what can be an hours-long, grueling process of sifting through logs to a few clicks. **What do you dislike about SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint?** Navigation to details outside of what the system identifies as an attack can still be very difficult to achieve. I have tested so many different malicious files and techniques for pivoting throughout a network. Mimikatz is definitely on the list of blocked executables also. We also use distributed administration to provide access for clients and we can retain an account to assist which is very helpful. **What do you dislike about SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint?** I can't think of many thinks I don't like about SentinelOne. I think on top of my list is that I hope they do not sell the company to a larger company. I like the visibility into incidents and it's easy to identify what is an actual threat and what is a false-positive. Updating agents is easy and generating reports is also super easy. **What do you dislike about SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint?** Not having an option for automatic updates is a slight disadvantage and not being able to schedule recurring full disk scans. SentinelOne is a product that functions on it's own without constant administration and intervention once you've gone through the initial setup and created automation processes around keeping it deployed. **What do you dislike about SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint?** The only issue's we've encountered with SentinelOne have revolved around getting our users to understand how it works.
