Everything's running smoothly and we've got a lot more visibility in our multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, NAS). It does away with the time-consuming task of manually sifting through alerts, so our security and engineering staff can deal with vulnerabilities more quickly. It's great how it can connect with other platforms, like SIEM platforms like Splunk, SOAR platforms, and RMM tools like NinjaOne. It's not just a threat detection platform, it's so much more. It works well with ServiceNow, Zscaler, GitLab and Snyk, and makes our development and operational processes even better. You can ask it questions in natural language, and it'll carry out threat hunting as well as create short event summaries and investigation notebooks. Sentinel One does it for you. They have real-time monitoring along with prioritizing risks and a dashboard to make you understand in a better way. While it comes with a lot of options, the pricing can still be a challenge for small businesses. If improvements are made on that part, it would be really helpful. What I like best about SentinelOne Singularity Cloud security is the unified visibility it provides across cloud workloads, containers, and Kubernetes environment all for a single console. Managing Cloud Security across multiple environments can get fragmented very quickly when you're relying on native cloud provider tools alone, and Singularity Cloud Security bridges that gap effectively. The real time threat detection across cloud runtime environments is a standout capability. It doesn't just scan for misconfigurations at a point in time it actively monitors running workloads and container behavior, which is critical for catching threats that slip through during deployment but manifest at runtime. The CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management) capabilities are also genuinely useful. Getting actionable insights into misconfigurations, overly permissive IAM policies, and compliance gaps across cloud infrastructure save a significant manual audit time and helps maintain a strong posture without needing a separate dedicated tool. For an admin managing hybrid environment, having endpoint and cloud security telemetry feeding into the same Singularity platform means correlated detections and a much cleaner investigation workflow. That level of cross environment visibility in a single pane of glass is a real operational advantage that's hard to replicate with a patchwork of standalone tools. While SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security is a capable platform, there are a few areas that could use improvement from an administrator's standpoint. The initial setup and integration with existing cloud environment especially multi cloud setup spanning AWS, Azzure and GCP simultaneously can be complex and time consuming. Getting all connectors configured correctly and ensuring full coverage across accounts and regions require careful planning and isn't always straightforward out of the box. The alerts noise during the early stages of deployment is another pain point. until policies and suppressions are properly tuned to your specific environment, the volume of findings especially from CSPM misconfigurations can be overwhelming and lead to alert fatigue, which defeats the purpose of having an automated security platform. The reporting and dashboard customization options also fed somewhat limited compared to the depth of data the platform actually collects. Pulling specific compliance reports or building custom views for different stakeholders require workarounds that shouldn't be necessary on a platform at this price point. Pricing and licensing is also worth mentioning Singularity Cloud Security sits at the higher end of the market, and for smaller teams or native cloud provider alternatives can be a tough conversation, even when the capability gap is clear. SentinelOne Singularity Coud Security solves one of the most pressing challenges in modern IT environments the lack of unified, real-time visibility and protection across cloud workload, containers and infrastructure. As organizations move more workloads to the cloud, the attack surface expands rapidly, and the traditional endpoint security tools simply weren't built to cover cloud native environments. Singularity Cloud Security fills that gap directly. From a practical standpoint, it solves the misconfiguration problem that plagues most cloud environments. Misconfiguration in IAM policies, storage buckets and network security groups are among the leading causes of cloud breaches, and having CSPM layer that continuously monitors and flags these issues means we're catching risks before they become incidents rather than after. The runtime threat detection capability solves another critical problem visibility into what's actually happening inside running containers and workloads. static scans at build time are useful but insufficient on their own. Having behavioral monitoring at runtime means threats that activate post deployment are still caught and contained, which is a significant security posture improvement. From a team efficiency standpoint, consolidating cloud security telemetry into the same Singularity platform we already use for endpoint protection has reduced the number of consoles our team juggles daily. Correlated detections across endpoints and cloud workloads mean faster investigation, less context switching and a more complete picture during incident response. Since it is a thirdparty tool, integration with especially cloud-native environment and payment is a big challenge to our clients.
