" Kim is a managed AI customer support service built for ecommerce brands. Instead of handing a brand another helpdesk to configure and staff, Kim pairs an AI system with Sentinels, trained CX professionals who set up, train, and quality-check the AI against a brand's real tickets before it ever answers a customer, then keep refining it after launch. Most support tools sell automation and leave a brand to make it work. Kim closes this gap directly: every AI response runs through a confidence check, and anything uncertain routes to a Sentinel before it reaches a customer. The result is tickets getting resolved, not simply closed and reopened later. Kim charges $0.70 to $0.90 per resolved ticket, with no seat fees and nothing charged for tickets left unresolved. It integrates with Shopify, Zendesk, and Gorgias, handling order and return workflows in a brand's own voice. For ecommerce teams wanting support work handled, not another platform to manage, Kim is built for exactly this job. "
