SentiDash is social listening software that monitors public conversations across Reddit, X, and Facebook. It searches all three platforms simultaneously, applies AI filtering, and delivers findings in branded PDF reports on a scheduled basis. Teams receive consolidated insights directly in their inboxes without managing multiple logins or dashboards. Users set monitoring parameters with keywords and configurable ANY, ALL, and EXCLUDE rules. The system searches Reddit's public JSON endpoint, X's API, and Facebook's public pages and groups. AI filters irrelevant posts, assigns sentiment scores, and suggests responses for mentions. Reports include sentiment breakdowns, detailed mention cards with timestamps and sources, and links to original posts for verification. PDFs are browser-triggered and archived in cloud storage. SentiDash operates without client accounts or integrations, with transparent disclosure of coverage limitations, especially for Facebook's privacy settings.
