The messages are real-time. It helps me get the messages on time and be able to track the messages on an up-to-date basis. Unlike other messaging platform, Sense can be a google Chrome extension which means no need to open up the new software. you will only need to toggle the icon to check the messages and there you ahve it. Regarding the floating icon for Google Chrome, I like having the main page up on a tab but at times the icon gets in the way and I have to move it pretty regularly depending on what I am working on. The Sense tool has helped simplify our processes and reduce time that it takes to send messages, create resumes, job posts and so much more. Our account reps have assisted us weekly in setting up communications and bring so many ideas to the table.
