One of the best features is that it can be used in my phone, desktop and laptop. I can just click on the phone number on our ATS and the text box immediately opens. As someone who uses Sense in a daily basis, the only time I actually get bothered it when it's down but that occurs pretty rarely. And even then it probably was because of my internet. I really like that it is connected to our ATS system so whenever I want to send text messages, all I have to do is click on the phone number and it automatically pops out the text screen.
