I love how sense is integrated with our system, making it easy to reach out to travelers. I depend on it as people are much more likely to respond to a text. Sometimes it looks like my past chat history has disappeared, and it will reappear the next time. I'm not sure why that is, but I often rely on past messages' info when sending a new one. Sense is wonderful for mass messaging or messaging job candidates from a number that isn't associated with your personal phone. It makes automating communication easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sense? The trigger actions are somewhat restricted, specifically with Avionte. Certain actions cannot trigger a journey or message. If we were utilizing Avionte exactly the way it was designed to be used, this might be easier, but every company uses Avionte differently. The other annoyance is the inability to filter the audience by specific fields. For example, we are unable to pull an audience in a particular zip code, which would be HUGE for us to be able to do. They have added more trigger actions over the last year that have benefited us, but some are still lacking. Integrated to our ATS, has an extension sidebar that overlaps any open tabs or sites, can save templates, detects if inactive or landline number, has a send message later function, shows if other colleagues sent texts to the same number, and the extension's available on most used browsers. All showing phone numbers only, and it will eat time if I create contact names for each candidate.
