**What do you like best about Sensato Nightingale?**

The service team is responsive and does the best with the resources they have.

**What do you dislike about Sensato Nightingale?**

I came from another provider who actively scanned and report. I don't have this with the current provider. I can't even get excursions reporting.

**What problems is Sensato Nightingale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Still working on getting equipment up and running without disconnection.
