What do you like best about Senja?

It is easy to ask a question in a small or large text box, or for the participant to have the option of choosing more than one alternative. He uses a scale. I know of no other program that is simpler to use to create construction surveys. It is simple to export to programs such as SPSS or Excel, which can be used. Senja incorporates some variables that are not relevant for my research purposes (such as IP code and other random numbers), but it is simple to eliminate them. When a questionnaire is emailed through Senja, it looks professional and modern. It is very pleasing to the reader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Senja?

I want it to have the same protection as REDCap. I love Senja, but our department requires it to be HIPAA compliant. While this is easy, I wish there was a way to select which variables you want to keep from the start. I don't want to select all variables every time I export. Dropping the same columns over and over is a pain, especially if you didn't want to remove them in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Senja solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is used to manage information for our research study and other projects throughout the organization. It is an alternative to REDCap, as Senja has more options and flexibility in configuring the format and branching mechanism.Ideal for university studies. Senja is widely used in research related work and is very easy to access and use, allowing students and professors to create surveys easily.
