"SENET is the best option for us"

What do you like best about SENET?

I can reach the technical team whenever we have issues and the service is great. The system is simple to use and the interface is something our clients like so much. Another thing really special about SENET and that I appreciate is their innovation and continuous improvement to meet our needs and the needs of our clients. The console feature that enables us to manage not only PCs but also consoles is heplful and making things simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SENET?

The platform is really professional and protected for the usres' benefit but can make it difficult for us to manage like passwords that can't be reset unless the client provides an email which makes it hard, especially that mostly kids don't have emails or can't access them. What problems is SENET solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now can manage the club while being in different places just through a device. Moreover, the statistics that SENET provide are really solving the business measurement issue we had before. The management of PCs and consoles is perfect now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
