Senecta is a 24/7 in-home monitoring service that home care agencies offer to their clients under their own brand, covering the hours between scheduled visits. Plug-in pods go in the rooms a client uses most. Each pod has a thermal sensor that sees body heat rather than ordinary video, a microphone, a speaker and its own cellular connection, so the client's home needs no Wi-Fi. When the pod's AI notices a possible fall from the heat image and sound, the pod asks the client whether they are okay and, if there is no answer, calls the family members or agency staff the agency has chosen. Agencies manage their clients and see alerts in a web portal.
