What is awesome with sendybay is their awesome support: they are responsive and fast and their advices were essential to us while being stressed to schedule a bulk email campaign and AWS and other bulk mail platform and mounting a sendy server ourselves made our life miserable. Then the second awesomeness is the very low cost. With sendy + sendybay + AWS (well tuned) bulk email cost a tiny fraction of big ones like Mailshimp. I read in another review that sendybay is slow. Actually their technology goes as fast as AWS permit with a typical rate of 14 mail per seconds with max 50K mails / days (AWS usual limit). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Of all the email marketing tools that are available in the market, this is by far the cheapest and with some additional features over the base sendy platform makes it a good option. With the cost-effectiveness also comes the performance lag, this would work for someone who has a small base size, however, if you are using this for a really huge list size then the email performance is not that great in terms of the email send rate. Perfect for someone to get their email marketing campaigns started without having to spend huge dollars on a third party platform, instead the team can use the money saved on other activities in scaling up the business. Yes there was no extra cost but autoresponders never worked properly. Switching to Sendybay was one of the best decision i've ever made. sendy works like expensive crm solution with sendybay. mails sent fast and on time. i've been using sendybay about 1 year and i never had a big problem. I decided to switch from Mailchip to Sendy but managing my email marketing on my own server was a pain and I was constantly running into tech problems. Sendybay solved this and allowed me to save a ton on email marketing software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sendybay? At the beginning, it would take forever to send out a campaign. I wrote to support asking about this and they fixed it. Now my sends are faster. It's still not as fast as Mailchimp or other platforms, but I don't really mind if my email blast takes 5 minutes to go out instead of 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I also like the drag and drop editor that helps me create beautiful emails in a quick way. The biggest benefit is that I got rid of the tech headaches from hosting Sendy on my own server. What do you dislike about Sendybay? Only thing is dislike is that price increase when you send lot of emails. You do not get SLA/support in their earlier plans. After spending my time building a self-hosting Sendy stack for my organization, only to realize all the other work I'd need to do to incorporate templates, keep things up-to-date, and cover the charges for usage, signing up for Sendybay was quick, easy, and the integrated templates were a huge plus. They also provide great support and keen on solving any issues you run into.
