What I like most about SendX is how simple and practical it is for everyday use. The platform doesn’t overwhelm you with unnecessary complexity; instead, it stays focused on what actually matters: creating campaigns quickly, automating emails, and tracking results without a steep learning curve. It’s especially helpful that the automation features are easy to set up, even if you’re not very technical. You can build email sequences, segment your audience, and keep your communication consistent without spending a lot of time trying to figure everything out. Another strong point is its affordability compared to many other email marketing tools, which makes it a solid option for startups or growing businesses. One thing I don’t particularly like about SendX is that the design options and templates can feel a bit limited compared to some other email marketing tools. If you’re aiming for highly customized or more visually advanced emails, it can take extra effort to get things looking the way you want. Also, while the platform is simple to use (which I do appreciate), it can sometimes feel a bit basic when it comes to advanced features and integrations. They’re useful for the essentials, but they aren’t as detailed or as visually intuitive as what some competitors offer. SendX helps solve the challenge of keeping email marketing simple and affordable, especially for people who don’t have a lot of technical expertise or the time to manage complicated tools. For me, the biggest advantage is how easy it is to set up and run campaigns without feeling overwhelmed. I can create emails quickly, automate follow-ups, and stay connected with my audience without needing deep technical knowledge. It also fixes consistency issues. Because the automation is straightforward, I don’t have to manually send emails every time. That saves me a lot of time and helps ensure my communication stays regular and timely. I would say that even if it's covering very well email marketing, it's probably not enough if what you are looking for is a very complete solution for CRM, like multichannel marketing. The triggers fire consistently, and we rarely experience issues with delays or missed actions, which is crucial for our team's hands-off nurturing. For more sophisticated nurture and account-based messaging, we often have to create workarounds or run multiple separate campaigns. SendX is great for simple, broadcast email and basic drips, but it doesn’t support the behavior-driven, cross-system, account-focused automations that serious US B2B teams need to scale. I used SendX to send lyrical breakdowns to my songs and tips for writing and inspirational stories to my fan email list. I loved the easy automation, which helped me engage with people as soon as they signed up for the email list. It's affordable, costing under 10 dollars a month, and can handle high volumes of email. I also loved being able to connect to multiple fans with one message. They allow you to migrate your pre-existing email list, which is helpful as I have a list of emails compiled from multiple sites as an artist. The initial setup was easy. I found the templates were not the best looking or the flashiest, which slowed things down as I had to spice things up myself. I wish they had more templates for drips even though I sometimes use a blank template; my sequences were not transferred/migrated from ConvertKit so I had to re-create them; bit of a learning curve when it comes to tags, double opt in and automation creation and syncing with third party resources (ie. I have been shut down by email autoresponders that say I have violated affiliate policies when I know that I haven't. In my opinion this packages’ biggest asset is its customization. With just a few clicks you can create some beautiful looking emails. It also gives you full control over which segments of your email list you want to contact and even the time the email should go out, tailoring it down to factors such as the individual’s time zone. This has been really effective as I have been able to schedule my emails so they appear in the inbox at the times they are most likely to be checking in their emails (e.g. such as in the morning for their time zone, rather than midnight). Another big benefit of this package is that it combines several functions of other packages. For example, you can make landing pages, pop-ups and offer downloadable gifts. With other email newsletter apps, you would have to use other packages to get these features, so it’s nice to have them all in one. The customer service is also excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SendX? In my opinion, the only complaint I have is that there doesn’t seem to be away to remove the SendX logo from my emails.
