I really like the ease of use and professional polish of Sendspark. The user interface is a pleasure to use and the chrome extension integrates seamlessly with the platform. Additionally, the ability to create and send personalized videos quickly and at scale is incredibly valuable for sales and marketing professionals. One thing I dislike about Sendspark is that the customization options for video themes are somewhat limited. However, this also means that the platform is straightforward to use, and the themes are professional and polished. Right now its not possible to just record voice. Which would very very helpfull for me. I need voice messages (for emails) very very often. I solve this for me via OBS. In OBS i just show a picture of me. Therefore I get a more or less only-voice message. But of course the file-sizes are bigger then. I hope sendspark will integrate this in the future, because it should be very easy to do so.

I like that this software has a clean customer UI creating a great customer UX. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. The organizational abilities and customization are a win for business owners and entrepreneurs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, the only negative I could find was the missing notification element to the dash board that shows recent activity at a glance. WIth that said, the customer care team responded to my question and added it as a feature request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've honestly not come across any issues. It's a beautiful UI, fast loading and I can even upload existing videos. Quickly recording a video for prospecting or sending a customer updates about their account is my favorite feature. A quick 5 minute video can cover what you would spend 30 minutes talking to a customer on and the best part is they can go back to watch it again. Coming from a rival platform and I'd also recently switched to using Loom.

Sendspark really caught me by surprise. It was so simple to setup my custom/brand colors etc however what surprsied me the most was it worked! Chrome extension and in browser - click record and done.

Previously I'd been recording in obs editing, compressing then upload and then using Loom (which to be fair worked flawlessly) but too"Loomy" if you know what I mean and no cname options. Sendspark really is almost the ideal video comms platform - I wasn't looking for a new platform but I was sold as soon as I'd used it - easy sharing and embedding, software that works - what's not to like ! Ok so there are a few things lacking but they are on the roadmap - GDPR, maybe some fade options at the beginning and end rather than hard cuts, multiple CTAs/Buttons on a page/page options/embed & download file options and expiring links would be great too, but add these and it would dominate over every other tool I've used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sendspark has been a wonderful platform for us for quite some time. It provides us with a quick and efficient way to create videos for several areas for our business. From marketing messaging to external clients to internal materials, Sendspark provides us with a toolkit that is unmatched by any other company in this space. One of the tools that I use daily is Sendspark, I love the personalization that I can give to my videos, so clients feel more identified and by being personalized they feel more attention towards them. One of my favorite features is the Chrome extension and the integration with gmail. In addition, you have many options to be able to use my branding so that the videos are consistent with my brand!
