I have yet to find anything I am dissatisfied with regarding Sendspark. The product is packed with many features I was looking for, and it's not far off from the quality of Vidyard and Loom. SendSpark ticks all the boxes for a video tool to use with email marketing, sales, and support. I've tried several apps looking for a tool that is not overly complicated and bloated with useless features. SendSpark makes creating videos, landing pages, and calls to action easy. SendSpark makes it hard to find much to dislike. Some of the features that would be great to have in the future include a more robust editing video editing capability, a desktop app, and the ability to further customize the landing pages and templates with tracking codes and pixels. I have used many screen recording tools in the past; this one takes the cake. It is a great screen recorder replacing some of your more available screen recording software (loom, screencast-o-Matic, etc.), and the ability to use this tool for prospecting and video reviews gives it the edge. I don't have much to say wrong about this software. I think being able to add a background or blur it would be a good feature. I haven't been able to find a mobile app for this software. I also wish they would create a mobile app becuase I just have a feeling they would absolutely nail it where others have definitely missed the mark. So I am no beginner when using video tools for my business, particularly when interacting with prospects and clients. And I am always looking for better ways to engage with my people. The system has a solid suite of features and functions that works well together. Thanks to the intuitive interface, our sales team has been able to get used to using the platform easily, and we are impressed by the new features that unlock scalability (reusing of prerecorded segments). We'd like to see more native integrations with CRM systems and have the ability to inject our tracking code and retargeting pixels into the video landing page.
