I feel like they have room to grow in certain areas. That said, the people at Sendspark seem to be very responsive and listen to their customers. While I do feel like there are features I would love to see like automatic captions, a phone and computer app, custom code on the landing page, and multiple CTAs, I am excited that the people running the company are looking to continue to develop and improve Sendspark. Sendspark does it right. They do not attempt to complicate the product. It has a clean user interface. Because of how straightforward it is, you will have no problem learning how to use it. What I'm finding to be the most valuable feature in Sendspark is the Workspaces. I run multiple businesses that are all closely aligned and share content. By utilizing workspaces, I can take the same content and make it available through different brands for my users. This content can also have it's own custom domain for each individual workspace! Due to limitations in what Chrome extensions can record and utlize the camera, it's not possible to record the full screen and record the camera at the same time. It's likely that Sendspark would have to have an OS-level app to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The features lag behind competitors in the space. SendSpark is a new company, and I'm expecting the features to improve over time. I recommend the following:

1) Dedicated android/IOS app

2) Needs an API/webhooks for Zapier/Pabbly integration

3) Custom CNAME with videos and landing pages

I am having a hard time figuring out how to switch the workspace that I am on when making a video on the fly, and am not sure how to move a video to a different workspace when I recorded it on the wrong workspace.
