It's an excellent solution for sales pitches or explainer videos, as you can create a template video and duplicate it, changing only the recipients' names. Another great feature is the Company Logo Searcher, which allows embedding a desired company's logo in the video with an easy keyword. Besides sending videos, you can also ask people to record themselves and share the video with you. **What do you dislike about Sendspark?** The tool is still in the early phases of development and missing some valuable features such as: - Video editor (It would be pretty useful to edit the video, cutting out bits you don't want. It would also save the time of recording again if messing up) - Folders - Ability to upload a logo if not found with the auto search tool - Adding subs - You can record only inside your web browser. An external recorder would be very helpful for recording other applications like PowerPoint, or giving instructions on using tools. As far as I know, most of the features above are planned or already in development. Personalised videos help with grabbing attention and help connect on a different level. I can save time on meetings by sending a pre-recorded intro or presentation. That way, when we have the meeting, we can skip to the questions. If people are not interested, I just saved at least 30 minutes on a meeting that shouldn't have happened. Great time saver! ### 12. SendSpark does not waste time unnecessarily but provides exactly what I need without too many hustles. Everything that used to take me over an hour and all that "ping-pong" with clients who are not sure where to look and where to click, all that now can be solved with SensSpark in a few minutes. UI is great and understandable, and UX logic is top notch. Additional features like landing pages, CTA, and almost complete white branding make SendSpark a really useful tool in everyday comunication. My complete team has adopted SensSpark after the first use, and the Client are thrilled with this new way of support level. We used to "play around" and "try" with Loom for a while, but it never stuck to us. After we tried SendSpark, we have completely changed our support policy - that is how god SendSpark is. **What do you dislike about Sendspark?** There is not so much to dislike, but I wish there were more editing options. I would like to be able to cut off some of the video and sound and to be able to edit the sound separately. Green screen and backgrounds would be great too (I did not find that so far in SensSpark, but if there is such an option - sorry for misleading). I just watched the full webinar and purchased Tier 2 because this is going to make my life a lot easier. I had started recording my screen and sending recordings to customers thru OneDrive but it was a hassle sometimes because they didn't know how to play the video, or didn't work. This gives me the option to also to add my calendar o messaging link to have them contact me or set up appointment. The site looks simple enough not not have to learn a lot before using this tool. Actually, being able to send a video it's a really game changer. People doesn't expect that, so you engage more. Also, you can use this to get video reviews from costumers and use those reviews everywhere to create more trust on your business. That's another game changer. UI is pretty simple right now, but works perfectly. I guess they'll improve it asap. It is simply unbelievably good! It is very easy to create new videos or upload your own videos. In combination with a good content creator it is unbeatable. The videos look incredibly good in Gmail, the landing pages are very fast and the quality is currently sufficient. I can insert my videos anywhere thanks to the different options. Whether in chat, emails or websites. Everything is no problem. The support is really good. I received great help from Bethany personally. All my questions were answered in a very short time. Easy to get to grips with alone, but the onboarding email sequence explains everything super clearly. Great screen recorder with a great interface. I love the landing page & CTA feature. Quick and easy to set up and customize. The thumbnail caption is amazing too! Great for personalisation for sure. I've yet to utilise the video request feature but that is going to come in so handy I can tell. Overall a great product and I'm glad I made the switch from Loom! **What do you dislike about Sendspark?** There's nothing I necessarily dislike at all. A couple of improvements I can think of: - Being able to edit the thumbnail caption from the "My Videos" tab - Changing the name of the video in the "My Videos" tab to change title of the video on the landing page - Option to turn off name & email collection when sending a video request - Further landing page customisation (CSS would be great - if not a selection of fonts to choose from at least) - Being able to reorder: title, message, video and CTA - 2 lined CTA - Optional comment box under videos **What problems is Sendspark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sendspark makes it super easy and fluid to interact with others inside and outside the team. And the the Call-to-Action is also another minor yet great addition. **What do you dislike about Sendspark?** I think it is better to have sizable camera. The default camera ring seems a bit large. Another point: the browser recording is a bit confusing to turn on Camera or Screen share. But the Chrome extension is super useful and works well. **What problems is Sendspark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sendspark makes it easy to record screen and camera at the same time, using either browser or Chrome extension. No robotic copy/paste answers, but real human beings that care about your customer experience. Earlier I tried also another similar product, but it was a disappointment, mainly because of missing features and shady marketing trying to trick customers into higher paid plans and such. The customer support was also non-existent and terrible. You can have an awesome product, but when the customer service is non-existent, then having an awesome product does not mean anything. Well, Sendspark has both: an awesome product and great customer support. What I like is it's very easy and intuitive to use, and it works. The uploads happen quickly and I can immediately do some layout changes, add a button, a link,... etc., and I can copy/paste the video, an animated gif,... to my email, my website,... it's awesome to give business networking a more personal touch! I love it. **What do you dislike about Sendspark?** Nothing yet to dislike - maybe just a feature request: to add a certain video-skin/player which disables the ability for viewers to fast forward a video, so that everyone is gently forced the video from start to finish - maybe even with a timer function if desired, so viewers can see how long the video takes.
