It covers eight channels: WhatsApp, SMS, email, Instagram, Messenger, live chat, Telegram and browser push. Seven of them come together in one shared team inbox; browser push is an outbound channel used for campaigns. Every conversation has an assigned owner, internal notes and the full contact history across channels, and users are unlimited on every plan, so a whole team can work in the inbox without per-seat costs. Campaigns and newsletters run over six channels: WhatsApp, SMS, email, Messenger, Telegram and browser push. Audiences are built from contact lists, tags, custom fields, channel preference and engagement history, segments update as contacts change, and double opt-in, opt-out keywords and per-channel reporting are part of the standard setup. The AI assistant answers around the clock from the company's own knowledge base, which is fed by a website crawl, PDF, Word and text uploads, editorial FAQs and resolved tickets. A confidence score decides when the assistant answers and when it hands over to a person with the full conversation context. Source citations can be switched on per bot, and the assistant identifies itself as AI at the start of a conversation, in line with the transparency requirement of the EU AI Act (Article 50). A second bot type replies to fixed keywords without any AI, and the Flow Builder turns both into multi-step automations without code. On the website widget, four hybrid modes set the balance between bot and team: fully automated, AI first, human first and time-based rules. Live translation covers more than 100 languages. Incoming messages are detected and translated for the team, and replies go back out in the customer's language. Data is stored and processed primarily in the EU (Frankfurt, Google Cloud), encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. AI features are opt-in and off by default; once enabled they run on Google Vertex AI as a contracted sub-processor with an EU/US data location under EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The data processing agreement is available on request. Pricing starts at 49 EUR per month. Every plan includes a message bundle, anything beyond it is billed at a published per-message rate, and incoming messages are always free. There are no per-user fees. A 14-day trial with 100 test messages is available without a credit card. Developers can also work straight against the REST API, webhooks and the MCP server, with or without the interface.
