I was seeking a seamless integration with Zendesk to allow customers to send large and sensitive files to my support team. Sendsafely was easy to onboard, easy for our customers to use and met all the requirements I had regarding the integration into Zendesk. This is a fantastic product for these use cases. The only downside I ran into was needing a separate login to review attachments. However, with the Zendesk integration, our support engineers were able to simply access these files directly inside Zendesk, which solved this issue for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think we all can agree that in this day and age the number of hakers has increased, and with that the increase risk of data breaches which no company wants. Send Safely helps to minimumize and elimanate that risk all together. With their encryption, customizable expiration dates, confirmation of picking up the item you set, all help you know your important items are safe and secure. It can protect messages and files alike. They also have a number of add ons perfect for your favorite browser that makes it simple to use. With the add on you can easily send any message and any file with an ecryption with a push of a button. They have a few different methods for you to send encrypted messages and recieve them from anyone even if they don't have a Sendy Safely. If you ever need assistance their customer support is always their to help. Wether its a question or you need help training your staff. They will point you in the right direction. The only trouble I have every had is you can't send an encrypted email to a group email you need to add everyones indvidual email. Some people on my team have a difficult time understanding how to identify a group email vs an individual which can lead to resends and overall frustration. SendSafely's ease of use is what I like best. Educating users about what data needs to be protected is the biggest hurdle. So, when a user recognizes the need to transfer data securely, I want to make it as easy as possible for them to do so. I want them to have a tool at their fingertips that makes it simple to do their jobs and know that it is going to work every time. SendSafely does that very well. SendSafely is so multi-purpose that I can use it when sending tax documents to my accountant, but also use it in larger workflows (my doctor's office uses SendSafely and I know the personal information I send to them is truly end-to-end encrypted, along with the rest of their patient data).
