The multi-channel approach is solid - email, SMS, and web push all in one place saves me from juggling three different platforms. Email builder is decent, drag-and-drop works without glitching out. Automation flows are straightforward to set up, nothing overly complicated. Deliverability rates have been good, emails actually land in inboxes instead of spam folders.
