"The best in value for money"

What do you like best about SendPulse?

I loved the support, the way they serve. It is also incredible how all your messages arrive on time and in a good way, all the flows are fulfilled exactly as they are configured, and they also have great integrations directly without the need for third parties.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?

Probably nothing, so far in my months of paid subscription, I have been able to find that they are phenomenal at what they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SendPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

I always found chatbots (my main interest), with a subscription of much more value than what Sendpulse offers, however Sendpulse was able to find that balance point between price, quality and various functionalities and integrations directly such as ChatGPT which many others platforms did not integrate or if they did, they gained even more value.

Likewise, within these chatbots, several platforms did not allow the use of emojis, which in my industry was relevant for the prospect to continue in their purchasing process. Sendpulse found a way to integrate them, so for me it is a total success to have my payment plan with Sendpulse Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?

When it comes to boosting our marketing efforts, SendPulse is second to none. We have been able to connect all of our contacts to the database in a simple way; we are very easy to use options: add or delete contacts. It has incredible control features, including the ability to monitor the actions of email recipients. Our staff has saved a lot of time using its automated tools and easy-to-use email editor to create and send campaigns. We can now reach our customers more efficiently thanks to its ability to mix different forms of communication such as email, SMS, push alerts and more. What do you dislike about SendPulse?

The lack of features like native unsubscribe from your transactional emails is the most notable issue, in my opinion. This is a bit of a hassle, but there is a workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SendPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

We found SendPulse to be the perfect, cost-effective software for our company's needs, allowing us to not only store and manage contacts, but also send email blasts. Its powerful features make it easy to manage multiple lists, and it's incredibly easy to use. By facilitating the creation and distribution of newsletters and corporate emails, it has proven to be an indispensable tool for our marketing team. It has allowed us to improve the personalization of our marketing, resulting in more interaction with our customers. While there is room for improvement in certain areas, such as reporting and interface simplicity, the value it brings to multichannel marketing is clear. One time I got locked out of a mailing list because I said something about how we got the email, we sponsored an event and we had people sign up and write their emails on our attendance list, we took their emails with their consent and they were expecting a mail from us. But when I inputted that on the area where you clearly state how you get the email, I got banned from mailing those guys on Send Pulse.

It wasn't a great experience.

"Brilliant for SMTP"

What do you like best about SendPulse?

By far the best free tool for SMTP access.

It's amazing! Robust, high delivery success, easy setup, and vastly scalable. My favourite part was the 12000 monthly free emails.

I use SendPulse to send transactional mails frequently from my website server. It works like a charm. Setup was a bit difficult. It has various tools including Push Notifications, so initially the figuring out time was quite a lot.

It very nicely reports the latest activities in transactional emails. This includes proper data of delivery, mail reads, and link clicks.

There is no daily limit. Unlike other tools where daily limit restricts the total mails sent, here I can easily handle frequent peaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?

Old UI, looks BAD.

I mean it is usable, but considering their scale and finances, a lot more modern and clean UI can be created.

Customer Support is far from ideal. It's crappy, barely responds to queries and is often very unhelpful, I end up using ChatGPT for getting the answers instead of their support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
