Bad Custoer Support. They take a long time to respond. Blocks Paid Credits when you upload more then 300 contacts. I upgraded from Free plan to Standard Plan and when I tried to send emails, they blocked my emails asking me to share the proof that the email ids are our registered users. Have already submitted the relevant proof of databse files hilighting the legitimate data, but they still did not let me send emails to a valid database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. After I paid for my email delivery package they threw all my emails in the bin. And they blocked my lists. They have an email verification system that blocks everything. Even our customers' emails.
