SendMLS is MLS offer software for real estate wholesalers and volume investors who send a lot of offers on listed properties. Type in an MLS address and SendMLS pulls the owner, parcel, legal description and listing agent, then fills in your state's approved purchase contract (for example the FAR/BAR AS IS in Florida or the TREC 1-4 Family in Texas). Add your price, and the finished contract goes out from your own Gmail, so it lands in the listing agent's inbox as a real offer instead of a letter of intent they delete. You see who opened the offer and who is ignoring you, every offer sits in one pipeline with reminders, and there is no limit on how many you send. PDF download is available for any offer, and onboarding is free and 1-on-1. Who it is for: wholesalers, flippers and buy-and-hold investors sending 10 or more offers a week to listing agents. Who it is not for: someone buying one home to live in, or agents writing offers for their own clients. Pricing is one flat plan at $99 per month with everything included, 7-day free trial, cancel anytime. No tiers and no per-offer fees.
