Sendmate is a messenger marketing software often referred to as the “MailChimp for Messenger”, allowing Facebook page owners to send personalized messages to their fans directly on Facebook Messenger. With a single click, marketers can connect Sendmate to their Facebook Page. Sendmate then adds each fan who has engaged with a page over Facebook Messenger to that page’s audience list in Sendmate. This process is similar to building an email list. Users can then create rich media campaigns (newsletters), which are being broadcasted via Facebook Messenger to the page's total - or segments of its - Messenger audience. To ensure maximum relevance of each message, Sendmate further offers detailed targeting based on data points like location, demographics and engagement data along which the user can select the right audience for each message.
