SendLint is an autonomous QA agent that runs the full QA cycle for email campaigns, against each client's own standards. Set a client up once with their copy rules, design guidelines, brand styles, and voice (learned from a handful of reference emails), and every analysis holds their emails to that bar instead of a generic checklist. Each pass runs 100+ checks against the campaign's sources of truth. Copy is verified line-by-line against the approved deck in both English and French, including French typography rules like accents on capitals and punctuation spacing. The built email is compared block-by-block against the approved creative (PDF or XD). Every link is crawled through its tracking wrappers to the real destination. Accessibility is scanned to WCAG 2.1 AA: contrast, alt text, heading hierarchy, font sizes, screen reader compatibility. Real Chromium screenshots catch rendering breaks, with round-over-round pixel diffs and Outlook risk flags for VML fallbacks and stripped images. Spam and deliverability are scored before anything ships, and brand voice review grades tone, vocabulary, structure, and formality against how the client actually writes. Findings then run through a real QA workflow, not a one-shot report. Track fixes round over round until the build is clean, waive findings with a reason on record, add your own, and run launch, reminder, English, and French in a single batch. Sign-off mints a verifiable certificate binding the approved emails to their exact bytes, with a public verify page, Slack notifications as approvals happen, and an API gate that blocks the send if anything changed after approval. Export the findings as a client-ready report for handoff. Built for agencies and in-house email teams shipping regulated, multi-round, bilingual campaigns.
