What do you like best about Sendlane?

What I love the best about Sendlane is the UI (User Interface)... it is the first thing you see when opening the app and is very non-intimidating, which can be a turn-off when you are new to autoresponders and new to any particular platform. Words are large, navigation is easy, colors are lovely and unique. The helpdesk is very responsive and oh so patient for those of us who are still learning the system. While I am fairly NEW to autoresponders, this is NOT my first one but this is the one that I like best. It is simple, yet gives you many options for specificity if needed. What do you dislike about Sendlane?

Um... the only thing I dislike is that I am unable to change the email address that I originally signed up with due to several factors. It doesn't REALLY matter much however I am unable to access that email address... (it is linked to a domain I own ) so I cannot see if people try to reply. I remedy this by putting a different email address in my signature. It's really a personal problem, not necessarily a problem with the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sendlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

The two biggest problems I have been able to solve with Sendlane is with easily scheduling future emails (and specifying groups &/or sub-groups/segments that receive it) and scheduling the contact clean-up that happens on a regular basis so that non-responsible members are automatically removed after a certain period of time. This way my list is always fresh. Another benefit (which I don't use but I think is excellent) is there is the option of using ready-made template designs with images for a more catchy email. I don't use it only because I use text-only emails with the specific purposes of my autoresponder needs. However, it was great when I had to send out invitations for my grandmother's funeral as people could just sign up for the list and I was able to send out nicely designed emails with images. What do you like best about Sendlane?

Sendlane provides a top-notch email system with excellent product and customer integration to our shopping cart. The support is like nothing I have ever experienced with a SAAS company. The email builder is easy to use and provides many options for customizing the look of your emails.

The cost for us was better than Klayvio with much better support, we actually have our own rep we can contact about specific questions and the technical support chat is very fast and helpful.

The transition from Klayvio was handled very well. They built out some of our previous automations and helped warm up the list to ensure a smooth transition.

What do you like best about Sendlane?

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

Sendlane has its integration system, but it does not have close integration with my preferred landing page software. This means that I shift back and forth from creating landing pages and then place these at the bottom of Sendlane emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sendlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

To be precise, Sendlane has eased my work on emails for promotion. It is convenient that they offer the drag-and-drop email builder; I don’t need to be a specialist in design to create persuasive campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sendlane?

I switched to Sendlane 6 months ago from a competing product. What drew me to Sendlane was the straightforward approach to email communication. They had all the features I wanted and it was easy to get started.

The customer service is also top notch. They helped me warm up my list and get my automations set up.

I like that I can create automations based on e-commerce activity or any other behavior on my website (such as known subscribers visiting a particular page on my site).

The education they provide on how to build better email communication content is fantastic too.

I use their API extensively and like that I can code my own custom workflows from my custom application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

They used to have a dedicated account representative for their entrprise customers (I'm on an enterprise plan), offering monthly 1:1 calls to review your account and deliverability. They took away that service shortly after I signed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sendlane?

This platform has been the biggest difference maker for us! Having everything so seamlessly integrate from Shopify ensures that our strategy is the most effective. In addition, the overall implementation and level of support/service is unmatched! I have experienced ESP transitions with all of the big players in the ESP game and I have never experienced a transition this easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

Some of the load times are a bit slower but that is something we can deal with given the increase in performance we are seeing from using Sendlane Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sendlane?

The customer support at Sendlane is unparalleld. Their onboarding process will help you transition over and their success team ensure continued support. It really feels like they want to grow in partnership with their users. They've also listened to my product feedback and implemented new features based off it. Sendlane is everything I wish my old email provider was.

Incredible customer service. Thoughtful. Hands on. And actually works!

If you're not on Sendlane you're overpaying for email & sms marketing. We'll do $10M this year with them as a partner. Their CEO does not sleep and is on around the clock. A+++ vouch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI and email deliverability with Sendlane really impressed me a lot as these are very crucial parameters to be looked into as we were using a broken automation tool before to automate our emails. When deliverability is poor then you aren't using the right tool. Moreover, the role of customer support is pivotal and I had a great experience with Sendlane. What do you like best about Sendlane?
