Nope, it has largely stayed the same. I have not noticed any new updates recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo Marketing Platform?

Just a note saying that I was promise a $50 visa card from Brevo if I completed this survey. So, I spend around 30 minutes of my workday filling out this extensive review, and never heard from Brevo again...Not sure if it was a hoax, or misleading, or what, but I was slightly disappointed by that.

Otherwise, my experience with the platform remains great. One nice change would be more detailed analytics in automated journeys as far as over all open, click, view, and unsubscribe rates as various points in the journey. What we like most about Brevo is its ease of use and flexibility, in addition to the various tools, such as email automation, CRM, SMS Marketing, audience segmentation, and even integration with other platforms.

The interface is intuitive, which makes it easier to create campaigns and analyze results. The settings are also accessible and customizable, including the implementation of settings in the site's own DNS.

The content available as Support on the site is extensive, easy, and objective.

I am using Brevo mainly for smtp, otp mails and also email campaign for marketing. It is very simple to setup and works smoothly with my own application. I also integrated for my client’s projects, no issues, api is clean and documentation is also easy to understand. Dashboard is also good, we can track mails and campaigns clearly.
