The transparency of the company. I first used Constant Contact to mail our our press releases and it cost me 5 X what SendInBlue charges. Even though Constant Contact understand the nature of my business ( I book media appearances for Dennis Hof) once someone there realized that Dennis owns legal Nevada brothels, they decided they didn't want my business. I think this is preposterous! If I was sending out Press Releases to book Hugh Hefner on talk shows, would they close my account because he owns Playboy Enterprises?!?!?!?!? I emailed Gail Goodman the CEO of Constant Contact and she never responded.
In a panic to get press releases out and continue my job, so that I would HAVE a job, I found SendInBlue and they had NO PROBLEM with the nature of my client's businesses so long as I wasn't a spammer. They have been very patient with me and my various questions and Mike Grabham the North America General Manager has personally spoken to me on the phone and via email when I had detailed questions about having my own IP and such.
SendInBlue doesn't just take my money for a service, they have taken the time, especially Mike Grabham and Eric in Customer Support, to educate me on how to construct my press releases in terms of day of week and time of day in order to get higher open rate.
For anyone seeking a mailing service, I STRONGLY recommend SENDINBLUE and encourage them to avoid using ConstantContact, who's company policies are very unfriendly as well as being over-priced.
I am able to get my Press Releases into the hands of radio show hosts and producers as well as TV News and interviewers in a very professional and polished manner and for those who do not wish to receive my press releases, they can easily unsubscribe, which in term cleans my database.
